Shipping & Returns
All orders will be dispatched within 3-5 working days. An email will be sent to notify you once your order has been shipped out.
For Singapore orders
We provide door-to-door courier service for orders $60 and above. For orders below $60, a small delivery charge of $5 is applicable.
For international orders
Free shipping is available for international orders of $180 and above. The estimated time for delivery is 10-15 days.
International orders may be subject to duties and taxes that vary by country and are based on the value of your order, which are to be borne by the recipient. Rosylee is not liable for the postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees incurred should the recipient reject a parcel.
We would love for you to enjoy the pieces you purchase from us, therefore we allow returns for items that are not right for you.
All requests for returns have to be made within 30 days upon the date of purchase and in the item's original condition - unwashed and unaltered with the original tags attached. The refund amount will be processed and returned in the form of Rosylee's store credit, which will be valid for 6 months from the date of return. You will receive an email with a gift card code which you can redeem partially, or fully in your next order.
Each order is only valid for a one-time exchange/return. Returns/refunds are not eligible for sale or discounted items and orders made with gift card will not be allowed for returns.
Simply follow the steps below to create your return:
- Fill up the returns form here and indicate the items you wish to return.
- Ensure all items to be returned are properly sealed within our original resealable mailer, or any other secured packaging.
- Return the package via your preferred courier/postal service. We recommend registered postage for both domestic and international returns. Rosylee will not be responsible for any missing products and/or parcels in transit.

- After confirming receipt of returned package, your gift card code will be processed and emailed to you for use in your next purchase.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to process exchanges for your item. If you would like to exchange your product, please return your original purchase and we will process a gift card with the returned value and you can place a new order for your desired purchase.
REFUNDS & STORE CREDITS
All refunds will be made in the form of Rosylee's store credit through a gift card, which will be valid for 6 months from the day your return is successfully processed. Store credits are non-exchangeable for cash and any delivery fees paid will not be included in the refund amount.
DEFECTIVE & INCORRECT ITEMS
We sincerely apologise if you have received defective or incorrect items. Please drop us an email with pictures of the defect and we will advise on what you can do next. For incorrect items, simply create a return and we will contact you via email.
